Jungle Pulse

Jungle Pulse has no sign-up. When you play online, the game makes an anonymous online profile (a random player number) and keeps a copy of your progress on our server. You can delete it at any time.

In the game (fastest)

Open Settings on the Home screen, then Online data.
Tap Delete online data and confirm.

This removes, at once, your online profile, the saved copy of your progress, your online match results and your leaderboard places. You choose whether the progress on your phone stays or starts over.

Without the app

Write to support@lyngbit.com from the address you want an answer at. Include your player number if you have it (Settings, Online data). We delete the profile and confirm within 30 days.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing stays linked to you on the server after deletion.
Server backups age out within 7 days.
Progress stored only on your phone is not affected unless you choose to start over.
