Reporting a problem

1. Take a screenshot if you can, and note what you were doing.
2. Open How to play in the game. If the version line at the bottom says "error notes · tap to share", tap it and send the notes along.
3. Send it all to the address above, with your phone model.

Good to know

• Training works without internet. Online play and Play with friends need a connection.
• Your progress is stored on your phone. When you play online, a copy is saved on our server too, so a new phone can get it back (Settings → Online data). To delete it, see delete your data.
• Playing with friends: one player makes a room and reads out the four-letter code; the others join with it.
